This is when both undergraduate and graduate students get the degrees and diplomas they have worked hard for. Graduation is the process of getting a diploma or academic degree, or the ceremony that is sometimes held to mark the event. Before they get their diploma, candidates are called graduands. Graduation day is often used to refer to the date of graduation.
The ceremony for graduating is also known as commencement, convocation, or invocation. Usually, the ceremony and name are given to people who have finished high school or more (the next levels are Associate’s, Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Doctorate).

Graduating students will get their graduation gowns at the office of their respective faculty members during the week of graduation. All graduation regalia must be returned on time, and a fee will be charged for those that are returned after the deadline.
